Petite Victory Collective is a record label company, selling music and merchandise since 2021.
Payment terms:
Petite Victory Collective offers you the following payment options with Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard and American Express. All information will be sent directly to Stipe and Paypal. Therefore Petite Victory Collective will not save your personal credit informations.
Delivery & policy of refunds:
Petite Victory Collective will deliver your order by post with a tracking number to follow the order. Delivery might take from 7-14 workdays depending on where in the world the order is placed. If you have not received your order, please contact: castlecollective.pro@gmail.com Every effort will be made to deliver on time, but any delivery day specified is a ‘best endeavor’ and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of the goods. We will do our very best to ensure that an order is despatched on the day specified for overnight next day delivery. But we cannot give an exact delivery time guarantee or assure that the delivery will be made on as per our indicated time, as we have to rely on Third party delivery company / courier. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
If an order is delivered to the wrong delivery addresses due to the customer providing us with the wrong address or is unsuccessful despite a valid delivery attempt, then its possible that the consignment will be returned back to us. In the event of this happening we can arrange for re-delivery of the consignment (to a new correct address if required) however the customer will be charged for the additional delivery cost. If it is possible for the parcel to be intercepted before its returned to us, then we will do our best to get the consignment returned to the local depot and then re-delivered to the new address without any cost. However if the new delivery address does not fall under the delivery area for that depot and needs to be transferred to a different depot for delivery then there will be additional delivery charge.
Should the order not live up to your expectations, you are welcome to return the items in your order within 14 days from the date the order was placed, and you will get full refund for your returned items.
Prices:
Our current fees and prices are based on today’s market and on what our artists are asking for. Petite Victory Collective can change the fees and prices without any notice. Force Majeure:
We will not be held responsible for failure or delay in the carrying out of our obligations under the contract arising from any cause outside our reasonable control or by inability to procure materials or articles except at higher prices due to any such cause and in such circumstances we shall be entitled by notice to terminate the contract in whole or in part without incurring any liability whatsoever to you.

We may modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, we will notify you by making the revised version available on this webpage, and will indicate at the top of this page the date that revisions were last made.
