Clay Drum and Bronze Age Rattle

My contribution to the last day of Jamuary 2025. It's a little tribute to my uncle Åke that sadly passed last year. He built a lot of instruments from the ancient times and and contributed a lot to the 1984 LP Fornnordiska Klanger (The Sounds Of Prehistoric Scandinavia) for which he was rewarded a Grammy. I borrowed some snippets from that album and gave it a bit quirky spin in the Digitakt. The bass drum and snare are modern though. Then I made a patch on Murmux and P10 and additional sound from sh-101 through BIM and BAM with that I controlled via midi for some extra twists.. Model D for the bass and a bit of MAM MB33. 126 BPM F#, G#, A, B, C#, D, E. Enjoy =) #jamuary2025 #pvc_hwj_jamuary #electronicmusic #elektrondigitakt #dreadbox #sh101
