Create Ever-Evolving Soundscapes with the Elektron Digitone 2 (How to)

In this video we're diving deep into the sequencer of Elektron Digitone 2 to create ever-evolving pad sounds and soundscapes using probability, trig conditions, and parameter locks. This technique allows you to generate long, almost non-repetitive sequences that constantly shift and morph over time, perfect for ambient music, cinematic soundscapes, experimental production or like in my case, for transitioning and improvising between songs in a liveset.

This is the first video out of my new studio. I still have to work on a few things like acoustic treatment and camera angles, but I absolutely wanted to make this video from there 🤩 Also I found out after filming, that I have a slightly ground hum noise going on the microphone. Sorry for that! I’m working on that. Maybe I have to use a power conditioner in the studio for the next videos.

If you are here for the first time, or have been here before but haven't subscribed yet, please consider subscribing to my channel, as well as liking and sharing this video. As I am a small channel, this would help me a lot to keep creating videos like this.

As always, thanks for watching my stuff! 🙌
