Crush String Collective x Second Sun - Becoming (live in KoncertKirken, Copenhagen)

In December 2023 I met up with one of the most interesting and talented modern string groups on the contemporary scene - Crush String Collective - for a recording session. In the beautiful settings of Koncertkirken we created a brand new piece of music, completely improvised and free.

There to film it was Andreas Valdemar, and the result is thus a video session presenting the piece ‘Becoming’.

‘Becoming’ is part of the charity album titled ‘Shelter’ - made in collaboration by me and nine other artists, releasing on Friday 1st of March. The album will be available as limited cassette and for digital streaming, and all profits from the album will go to humanitarian aid for civil victims in Gaza via UNICEF.
