#aboutlastnight - Showcasing our artists in unconventional environments is what our Takeovers are all about. Intimate, personal, and safe, our aim is to create a new vibe and unique experience every time you join one of our gathering.
Cykelstad, with its unique ambiance and raw aesthetics, provided the perfect backdrop for this one-of-a-kind event. The fusion of the venue's industrial charm and the artists' captivating performances created an atmosphere that resonated with everyone present. The intimate space allowed for a genuine connection between the artists and the audience, fostering a sense of togetherness and shared experience.
The setting of Cykelstad, a bike shop-turned-music-venue, was perfect for the theme of our event: "One Box Only". Our artists - Songs From Tin Pan Alley, Wilk Kick, Atlas Castle and ITEM - took us in a real sonic adventure, from noisy-experimental all the way up to minimal techno. The soundscape evolved, shifting from noisy-experimental compositions to the pulsating beats of minimal techno. It was an immersive sonic journey, transcending the conventional boundaries of music genres.
